Marquette Partners is always actively seeking new talent to join our team. We take part in two to three on-campus job fairs throughout the year to recruit for trading and technology positions. Prior trading experience is not necessary; our comprehensive training program will provide you with the knowledge and skillset you need in order to succeed in the futures market. All successful traders have strong analytical and mathematical skills. They think quickly and decisively. An aptitude or experience in programming is also beneficial. These are just some of the qualities we look for in potential candidates for the trader trainee position.

Marquette also has opportunities for experienced traders with a proven successful track record and for back-office professionals seeking to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
