Marquette Partners employs a comprehensive training program for its trader trainees. The program includes classroom training, simulated electronic trading, and opportunities to attend presentations given by prominent figures in the trading industry. Marquette’s senior-level traders serve as mentors to the trainees in order to share their knowledge and experience.

Marquette Partners is looking to aggressively recruit established teams or individuals with automated medium frequency trading strategy experience. The strategies must be back-tested and/or currently in production to be considered. Suitable candidates will have a proven track record and should be prepared to present a business plan.

Traders who are confident in their trading abilities and competent across any or all asset classes will be considered. Qualifications:

• Proven track record of profitable trading (minimum mid-six figures annually).
• Self starter with strong interpersonal and analytical skills; welcomes a challenge.
• Demonstrates an excellent fundamental understanding of markets and spreads.
• Ability to identify trading opportunities and develop proprietary trading strategies based on own analysis.
• Work within given risk management guidelines.
• Prepared to present to management a trading proposal of given approach.
