Training Program

Marquette Partners offers a comprehensive training program for its trader trainees. We believe that knowledge, training and mentoring are the key to a successful trader. We offer continual education with both onsite and offsite training opportunities for them to obtain new skills. Our trader trainee program includes a comprehensive, year-long classroom training. This includes simulated/live electronic trading, real-time observation of our most successful traders and also opportunities to attend presentations given by prominent figures in the trading industry. Marquette's senior-level traders serve as mentors to the trainees in order to share their knowledge and experience. This program is a proven tool to create successful traders. We believe our culture of highly successful traders creates the best environment for new trader trainees to understand the "art of the possible."
